They were not capable of making a simple credit card information update wich resulted in me having to call over six times and loosing many of my recordings. Not only were they not able to fix a simple problem but the make you wait over an hour just to get to the right person. And after you get to the "right" person, they keep putting you on hold until you're reduced to tears from frustration. The president of this company should fire everyone in customer service and hire more qualified people. I will think twice about purchasing any service or equipment from tivo unless you feel like being treated like dirt. read full review »
