I do have to give it to these folks that they have great customer service. However, their product quality leaves a LOT to be desired. While they will refund your purchase price, one still has the hassle of ordering, waiting on delivery (they aren't the fastest shippers either), filing a complaint, shipping the merchandise back, being out of pocket the return shipping.
