Consumer beware...if ever traveling think twice about using American Airlines. American Airlines' dependability is worthless. Two weeks ago, I traveled with this Airline Chicago to Miami and had a connecting flight with them as well. Not only did we sit on the tarmac for 1 to 11/2 hours in Chicago but American did not even wait a mere 10 minutes for our incoming flight in Miami so we missed the connection.
