I had an unauthorized charge against my Capital One MC from Publications Max. The transaction was dated 11/26/09 (Thanksgiving Day) with a posting day of Saturday, 11/28/09. The amount was $79.00, the same as another unauthorized charge as listed by another Complaints Board user and generated by Publications Max. I have not used my card for almost a month and I am the only person who uses the card. My receipts are shredded after I have matched them against my statements.
