My father called DirecTV to get the basic satallite service for $29.99/mo. The installer told him it was broadcasting in Spanish only, a language my father does not understand. The work order specified, in error, that it was to be in Spanish and the installer could not change it. My father called DirecTV asking them to fix their mistake.
