Skull Candy customer service SUCKS!!! I have contacted them 3 times already over the last 7 weeks with no response at all. I am trying to inquire about a product they advertise on my columbia jacket to be able to connect my zune to the built in controls on the sleeve of the snowboard jacket. When i go to the site they listed (www.skullcandy.com/modular) the only thing they have there are the two ipod accessories for the jacket.
