SMOKE51 UPDATE. After returning the trial kit via registered mail signature required, i called smoke51 3days later to ask y my account had not been credited. iwas told they had no conformation of my return. i told them, i had the signature proving they had the return. i was told in was not in their system yet. 7 days after the signeture, i called again . i was told my account would be credited within 48 hrs. 5 days later i called again. this time i was told they were no longer doing the refunds . i was instructed to have my bank contact... read full review »

smoke51 took 31 days to deliver my trial kit. before i ever got the kit they charged my account 2x, once for $89.95 & a 2nd time for $29.95...both x i recieved overdraft charges. when i finally spoke to someone from smoke51 i was told that in the agreement it was noted that after 30 days i would be charged these charges. my comment was what about the trial period . the answer was "we extended the trial period ". my answer to that was ...its not a trial period if u dont get to decide if u want the product before u are charged for... read full review »
