I purchased a nokia 5800 a month back. On the very second day the phone stopped functioning. The phone was not switching on. I took it to the nokia service center & i have not got my phone back till now. They called me 3 times so far claiming that they have repaired, but when i tested the phone the issue was still there. They have kept my phone for 30 days doing nothing. They are not ready to replace the phone nor give back my money. I simply paid 14000rs to use a horrible phone for 2 days.
