I have been driving a Renault Laguna, 2006 model. The key of the car(it's a card) has broken twice within the last 3 years. The springs below the buttons fail and the card becomes useless. Although this is explained as a problem of quality by the registered service station, Renault Turkey does not pay for the new card/key and tries to sell the new one at the expense of $350. read full review »
