Hi, my wife and I made two separate online orders on Sunday the 22nd of November. We have been expecting these orders which we have been charged for for twelve days now and we are worried because it is a fifiteen day trial product but it has not shown up. Can you please check if these orders have been sent as we need to cancel them if they have not.
