I checked my bank account yesterday to find a pending charge in the amount of $79 from a company called shopcoffeedirect.com Neither me nor my husband has ordered anything from them and of course we cannot get a hold of anyone to speak to at the company. The phone number listed on their website took me to voicemail last night where I was told to leave a message. I have been calling all morning and only can get a busy signal. I have filed a dispute on the charge with my bank, but I'm not sure what else to do. This is so wrong... there must be a way to stop this from happening! read full review »
