I recieved a charge on my credit card for $19.01 in April, saying I had signed up for the online service and will be billed each month for this amount unless they decide to change the amount. It is at their decreation to make changes when ever you want. I contacted my credit card company to say I had not signed up for this account and please credit my account. I was later sent paperwork showing, Susan (My name is not Susan) had applied for the account using my credit card, her name and address.
