I bought a new mattress at the beginning of September and took half a day off of work to wait around for that 4 hour "window of opportunity" for my delivery. Ten minutes until the deadline and still no sign of them. I called customer service and they contacted the drivers who said they would be about another hour! They were supposed to deliver by 6:00 and didn't show up until just before 8:00. No phone call to let me know they were running late or anything.
