When ordering a sandwich where, on the menu, it says what the sandwich includes...why should I have to pay extra for it? The menu says the american chicken sandwich comes with tomato and cheese...Why am I being charged extra for it if it's supposed to be included. This isn't the first time I've been charged extra for things that are supposed to be included and I know I'm not the only one either.
