I purchased a 19"-21" suitcase, in june 2009 . On my last flight, (Dec. 1, 2009) a wheel came off. Actually the whole casing of the wheel was cracked also. Can you tell me where I can get a replacement or what process should I follow. Thank you for your consideration. Sylvia Kelin read full review »
