Comcast withdrew 2 ACH payments from my checking account on the same day. I am unemployed and when I realized what had happened because of their website malfunction, I called to have the money put back into my account. They stated it would take a month to get my money back. Why? They got it in 24 hours, why do I have to wait a month? These 2 payments being withdrawn at the same time may put my checking account in the rears with overdrawn check fees of $35.00 each.
