On November 19, 2009 I received a call from Shell Oil stating I was two months behind in payments. Even though my November statement showed no back balance on it. I knew this not to be true, I had to give Shell my bank number and they took out $10 for minimum payment. Shell representative gave me a fax number to submit a copy showing where my payments had cleared the bank. I did not hear anything from Shell Oil.
