I spent several hundred dollars to rent party supplies. The tablecloths were the wrong color and were stained and had numerous cigarette burn holes. The lights were dirty and did not work. I replaced the lightbulbs & they still didn't work. The white chairs were filthy. I washed them down somewhat(with all my spare time getting ready for a party), but they were still far from white. I sent a letter with my complaints, but never even recieved an apology or a discount. I will buy my own party supplies and then donate them before I would consider renting from Taylor Rental in South Hadley. read full review »
