A rep from Sky phoned to offer Movies and Sports for an extra €10 per month for 3 months (usually it's €20). He said to phone on 19th Nov to cancel after the 3 months. When I phoned on the 19th Nov, which took time, the operator said I can't cancel for December as the bill had gone out. When I said the rep said to phone at this time she said there was nothing she could do. I just give up when I know I'm fighting a losing battle.
