Even at the initial appointment, the waiting time was unacceptably long. The front desk staff was giggling the whole entire time. Also, they called me a few days after I made my initial appointment to reschedule because the hygienists decided to take the afternoon off, so I rescheduled for 2 days later. After I was told this second appointment was confirmed, I showed up to my appointment only to find that the office was apparently closed already, and I was told they called me to reschedule.
