I ordered a DirecTV / Qwest phone and TV bundle package last March. One bill instead of two, and it costs less! How can I go wrong? Many, many ways. First off, the installer for DirecTV was a no-show on the day they were supposed to come to my house- after they made me take half a day off of work to be home for them. So, I complained and DirecTV gave me a $100 credit on my bill. Qwest, of course, processes the bill. Qwest never honored the credit.
