There was an issue of backorders.I do not deal with backorders. There is no 800 number and no way to cancel an order unless you chose new order when you call and then you're able to speak with someone. Even when I cancelled I was not given a cancellation number I was told to check status online. There's no email address to make responses to because I always email myself when sending emails of this nature to make sure it goes through. If they can't keep up with supply and demand why not take the commerical off tv to have sufficient time to catch up on their orders. read full review »
