I've attended to the one of VIP Travel Reservations presentations and received a FLY USA (free 2 airline tickets certificate and free car rental certificate). Certificates were issued on 10/04/09. I mailed both certificates to the VIP Travel on 10/13/09 and call them on 10/20/2009 and they confirm that they received everything. Representative assured me that it will take no longer than 7 days to process the documentation and mail me the reservation forms.
