I have had it with this bank! I've had a Bank of America account for over 2 years and have not had one problem, yet my Wachovia account has had about 15 in the same time frame. Their customer service is awful- unfriendly, not willing to listen to you, and I believe that they are firmly trained in "creative talk" to steal money from their own customers. Over the weekend, I carefully managed my shopping, and had made 2 cash deposits (which are supposed to be immediately available).
