I ordered the complete set of State Bears in August. I have received 18 bears, and 1 Presidential Bear. The telephone is constantly busy, and when it is answered, you get hung up on. The commercial guaranteed delivery in 7 weeks. It has been 3 1/2 months. I have been unable to reach the Company or a representative. I would like to have the merchandise or I would like my money refunded alot sooner than I've received any of the bears read full review »
