I hv order clothes online from RalphLauren. The package was supposed to be delivered on Dec 2. However, it came on Dec1 so I was not available to recieve it and got a door tag that told me they would came the next day. Therfore, I waited a whole day from 11am to 4pm but there was no delivery!
