Intended to download Adobe Acrobat v.9 which up to this point in my experience has been free. Was directed to the 'software-hq.net' site to do this, and was offered a $19 one time deal which I unfortunately accepted. The site froze up for about an hour - and finally downloaded the product. I called my credit card company within minutes of doing this and was told that a charge had been made of $30.
