I sent for a CD (supposed to be entirely free for only $2.29 shipping) about how to get gov't grants (I'm old, and my house is falling apart) and used my debit card. I don't even have a regular credit card--not for oer 40years When I got my bank statement today the $2.29 was withdrawn on 12/29/08---BUT, on 1/o6/09, same outfit had withdrawn an additional and UNAUTHORIZED $39.95!!
