I ordered a sofa/bed on 31 Oct 09. and it has not yet been delivered by 4th Dec 09, I was told the sofa would be delivered within 28 days, however this is definately not happening, I have taken two days off work and both appointments were missed without notice. I have found this most ditressing as I am paying for a flat which I cannot live in as I have no where to sit or sleep (as it is a studio flat).
