I had a piece of furnture I bought in June and it was damaged when they delivered it. It still has not been replaced. I also bought a leather couch from them and picked up the 10 year warranty. I can not get anyone to look at my couch. Ashley sells the warranty and then washers their hands of any issues. I would never shop there again and unless you want to get ripped off I recommend you don't eiter. We have been calling Ashley for several months written letters and they keep ingnoring the request to fix or replace our furniture. read full review »
