So I went into Metro looking to sign up on the $30 unlimited plan, this CSR comes up and offers assistance and it just went down hill from there. The phone I wanted was one price online, she stated another price, only $19 more, I was ok with that. She then said that I had to choose between a car charger and a leather case, neither of which I wanted or needed. I declined either, she "picked" the leather case (total crap).
