Ordered "free sample" and never rec'd product and was then charged 80 something dollars for a full month's supply because I didn't decline it since I never rec'd the product in the first place. I had to fight with them to get my money back. Then I was charged more money from another company that I supposedly signed up for when I ordered the sample from Dazzle Smile. This charge was for $24.82 to World Club Fitness. They refused to refund my money or let me speak to a supervisor. read full review »
