Phone under 1 yr warranty used for 8 mos now and missing in action. Sent phone for repair at Motorola and didn't get any returned calls from repair staff, customer agents, and supervisors after making repeated calls on a daily basis. Going three weeks without a phone and still no call back as to status of repair. Assuming phone been missing the day they received it from FedEx 3rd of August.
