12/3/09 7:33 -7:57 p.m. After waiting 25 minutes in the drive thru, I asked the florid-faced girl in the window how much longer it would be before my sandwich arrived. she said they were short staffed & she was sorry. I figured the were under-manned because I'd already spent my 25 minutes waiting. (It is unusual to need reading material in any drive-up). She didn't know how much longer it would be.
