I made a purchase of two items on line and was provided a receipt that was sent to my email. When I found that my credit card was charged in excess to the amount I agreed to, I notified their customer service department. They told me that it was due to my living in Canada. However I was originally charged $10 and then $25 for a 1lb item and it was sent from Canada!
