We had problems collecting $2000.00 from a builder, and tried to come to a reasonable conclusion.The issue was about $300.00 worth of paint touch ups, we asked for a progress payment of 1000.00 as we wanted some security on the work we allready performed.Our company has painted several hundred homes with out any problems.Finally we decided they could have someone else do the minor touch ups, Havan Homes later contacted us that they paid $3200.00 for the touch ups!
