I have been trying to get loan modification help for over a year...I have sent them COUNTLESS documents...including proof of income, profit loss statements, hardship letters, tax returns and financial worksheets. All they do is stall...every 30days now they call me and ask for the SAME DOCUMENTS!!! Now they are asking for proof that I had a roomate for 3 mos!!! I have never been late on paying this mortgage...but now I am out of money and cannot...all they want to do is stall until I become deliquent.
