Ordered nails for a nailer gun. Order was placed in June and the goods were never sent. We have asked politely for our money back or for the to send the goods, by e-mail, answer phone and telephone conversations with the owner and his sidekicks and have received nothing but abuse and was told "if you want your money back you can f**king come and get it".
