We used their services online on December 3rd, 2009. They answer a question you have and if you are satisfied with the response, you authorize them to charge your credit card a $14 fee. We needed information on our dryer heating element, which they did respond to in a timely manner. We were satisfied with the response and did authorize the charge of $14.
