Best denki's services are not reliable and irresponsible. I have purchased a plasma tv last wednesday and they promised to deliver on friday then they didn't turn up and worst of it they don't even give you a call. I cancelled all my appointments to wait for it and it turn me down. Then they apologize and promised to send it again on sunday before 2pm.
