Dear Sir/Madam, I got AQUAGUARD #TOTAL GOLD NOVA WP SYSTEM installed on 11 Nov 2008, customer ID: 1005323158. I have the following complaint, which needs to be addressed at the earliest:- (a) The AQUAGUARD has not been serviced thrice with in warranty period as was told to us. (b) As on date, after testing the water TDS is 366, which as per my knowledge is very high that can lead to serious problem for old & young members of the family.
