I recently took my sons cycle in to Halfords crewe cheshire to be repaired as i am disabled now and am unable to fix it myself. The "KId " who served me was pleasant enough, he took my mobile no and said he would ring when the work was done. We waited for nearly 2weeks, then i had to go in and find out what was going on? I was met by 3 young lads laughing and joking for about 5 mins while i waited to be served, i was the only customer in the shop.
