I ma having a IFB Executive Elite. I had aproblum with my machine and i raised a complaint on sunday(29-Nov-2009). People came and found that there is a problum in the motor and said it needs to be replaced. Till today no one is attending. When i call back to the customer care they give us some contact number and ask to contact them. I had even contatcted the branch manager.
