Just at the start of November I ordered an Arsenal hoodie as a Christmas present. When the parcel arrived the wrong top had obviously been sent and I returned it back straight away. Upon asking for the status of my refund on the Monday morning I was told I had to wait as returns were dealt with in bulk at the weekend.
