I was charged for something I didn't order. I called to cancel this product when I saw it on my credit card on Nov. 16th. 2009. And as of todays date it still is on my credit card. They were supposed to issure me a credit refund to the card.. I am upset that this has taken so long. I just got another card statement and it is still on there.. I am being charged a finance charge for something that I did not order.. I do not use this card except for emergencies and there is nothing else on it but that charge..
