One month ago (Nov. 09) I had Bell integrate a texting plan they told me about for $10. I just received the bill, the plan is now for$12, and no longer covers texting. Not only did they overcharge for that they charged me extra for texting, which was what I was looking for in the first place. They did not notify me that the plan changed. For 74 minutes of calls and 23 texts, my bill is $71! Luckily my contract is up and I'm cancelling it -- they didn't try to do anything to get me to stay. Incredible! read full review »
