I ordered wireless internet service from Comcast after they assured me they could provide service, but after receiving the modems I got a call from Comcast saying they could not offer service to my house afterall and to return the products. I promptly returned the unopened box to UPS with the label provided me by Offerwire online. Later I confirmed with Offerwire. that the box had arrived (11/16/09).
