In early Oct 09, we applied to Wells Fargo who currently holds our mortage to refinance our home. We wanted to consolidate our present mortage along with a 2nd loan first being 179, 000 2nd being 38, 000 . The first mistake the loan officer Scott Murray made was his addition he came up with 240, 000 We came up with 217, 00 adding closing costs to 222, 000.
