THE MOST HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE - Beware all - AirAsia is a farce. Behind all the hype and discounted fares offered by airasia there are so manydeceitful and unfriendly policies and practices. The customer service is impossible to get through, if you are lucky enough to get through after trying several times and spending a fortune in waiting time, the staff will invariably be unhelpful, rude and dumb.
