I took a flight from Amsterdam to Chicago on the 28 of November 2009. Flight number KL611. My luggage did not arrive until the 29 of November. When I received my luggage, it was damaged and It was missing some of the contents, and there was damage to a object. Missing is one Samsung cell phone, One leather belt. And damage to a picture and frame. I have complained to KLM, I have had no response. This is the second time in three months that my luggage has been a day late!
